Standard Package Terms + Refund Policy (Georgia)
Effective Date: February 28, 2026
Service Package Terms + Refund Policy (this âPolicyâ) apply to online purchases of standard consulting packages, (each, a âStandard Packageâ) offered by Mind Your Bizzness, LLC (âConsultant,â âwe,â âus,â or âourâ) and purchased by the client (âClient,â âyou,â or âyourâ).
1) Engagement Letter Required; Incorporation
Services are provided only pursuant to a written engagement letter signed by Client and Consultant (the âEngagement Letterâ). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Engagement Letter and any online checkout/order terms for Standard Packages. If there is a conflict between this Policy and other terms in the Engagement Letter, this Policy controls Standard Packages.
2) Standard Packages vs. Custom Engagements
Standard Packages are fixed-scope deliverables sold online that are expressly identified as no-consultation packages (e.g., forecast model and/or DCF analysis) based on information provided by Client. Standard Packages do not include meetings, calls, live consulting sessions, testimony, depositions, discovery support, responding to third-party inquiries, or court appearances.
All other servicesâincluding litigation support, expert services, testimony, live consultations, and custom-scoped workâare Custom Engagements governed by the Engagement Letterâs general billing rates/retainer terms and any separate written agreement.
3) Scope; No Consultations
For Standard Packages, Consultant will prepare the purchased deliverable(s) based solely on Client-provided data and assumptions. Client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information. Any work outside the Standard Package scope requires a written change order or a Custom Engagement.
4) Payment Processing (Stripe); 100% Upfront
Standard Packages are 100% prepaid at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe (or its affiliates/processors). Consultant has no obligation to begin work until (i) payment is received and (ii) the Engagement Letter is signed (and any required intake is provided).
5) Required Documents; âComplete Intake Dateâ
âRequired documentsâ and âinputsâ means all information Consultant reasonably requests to perform the Services and complete the purchased deliverable(s), which may include historical financial statements, trial balance or general ledger extracts, revenue/expense drivers, key assumptions, supporting schedules, cap table (if applicable), and any other items identified in Consultantâs intake checklist or follow-up requests.
The âComplete Intake Dateâ is the date Consultant confirms receipt of all required documents and information as outlined in Engagement Letter.
6) Delivery Timeframe
Consultant will deliver the final deliverable(s) (the âFinal Deliverableâ) within seven (7) business days after the Complete Intake Date. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
If Client provides incomplete, inconsistent, or revised inputs after the Complete Intake Date, the delivery timeline may be extended. Additional work caused by revised or new inputs may require a change order or a Custom Engagement.
7) Cancellation and Refunds (Before Final Deliverable Only
Client may cancel a Standard Package at any time before Consultant releases the Final Deliverable to Client.
If Client cancels before release of the Final Deliverable, Client will receive a refund of the amount paid minus fees earned for work performed through the cancellation effective time, calculated as:
Refund = Amount Paid â (Actual Hours Worked Ă $27/hour)
âActual Hours Workedâ means time reasonably spent by Consultant on the project prior to cancellation, including (as applicable) project setup, data review/cleanup, research, modeling, drafting, internal review, project communications, and administration.
If the calculation yields a negative amount (earned fees exceed fees paid), no refund is due, and Client remains responsible for any unpaid balance due under the Engagement Letter (if applicable).
8) No Refunds After Release of Final Deliverable
No refunds will be issued once the Final Deliverable has been released or made available to Client, whether by email, download link, shared drive, or client portal, even if Client does not access, open, or review it.
A deliverable is considered âreleasedâ when it is sent to Client or made available in a manner that permits access.
9) How to Cancel
To cancel, Client must email Support@mindyourbizzness.com with (i) Client name, (ii) order/engagement reference number, and (iii) a clear statement that Client is cancelling. Cancellation is effective upon Consultantâs receipt of the written notice.
10) Refund Processing (Stripe) and Timing
If a refund is due, Consultant will process the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Consultant will submit the refund within 7 business days after confirming cancellation and calculating Actual Hours Worked.
Important: After Consultant submits the refund in Stripe, the time for funds to post to Clientâs account depends on Stripe and Clientâs bank/card issuer processing timelines. Consultant is not responsible for delays caused by payment networks, Stripe, or financial institutions.
Consultant may provide a time summary or invoice reflecting work completed.
11) Rate Clarification
For Standard Packages, the $27/hour rate applies only to the refund calculation in this Policy. For Custom Engagements, Consultantâs standard rates/retainer terms apply as stated in the Engagement Letter or as otherwise agreed in writing.
12) Chargebacks
If Client has a billing concern, Client agrees to contact Consultant first to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback after work has begun may result in suspension of work and may be treated as a breach of the Engagement Letter, subject to applicable law.
13) Governing Law
This Policy and Standard Package terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
