Financial Forecast

You will receive a professionally-prepared presentation on the company's historical and projected financial performance. The package includes the business' historical performance and 5+ years of forecasted financial performance.  The forecast includes the subject company’s cash flow statements, income statements, balance sheets, and the assumptions utilized to project the company’s financial performance. The forecast’s accuracy and professional presentation allow it to be presented to potential investors, business partners, or financial institutions.

Deliverable:

Example of Information Requested for Project:

1. Client purchases the project and signs the Agreed Upon Services engagement letter. 

2. MYB consultant sends client a link to securely upload required documents and information necessary to complete engagement.

2. Client uploads required documents and information needed to perform engagement.

3. MYB consultant reviews the information shared by the client.

4. MYB consultant t will reach out to the client at this point to inform the client that (a) requirements have been met, (b) what information is missing or (c) any questions the consultant has based on information shared by the client.

5. MYB consultant shares with client a DRAFT of the exhibit titled “Assumptions & Drivers”, requests feedback from client, and makes any adjustments or edits (if necessary).

6. MYB consultant shares with client a DRAFT of entire business forecast package and requests feedback.

7. MYB consultant revises business forecast package (if necessary).

8. MYB consultant delivers to client the FINAL business forecast package.

9. MYB consultant delivers to client any additional add-on services (if ordered).

General Steps of Consulting Engagement:

Client will receive a draft of analysis within 5- 7 business days from the date the MYB consultant receives all necessary documents and information.  Please request a consultation if this timeline does not meet your needs. We are happy to adjust our schedule to ensure we always meet our client's needs.

  1.  The Company's limited liability agreement or any organizational and governance documents;

  2.  Company's audited financial statements, income tax returns, or internally-prepared income statements and balance sheets for the years ended December 31, 2022 through 2025 and the three-month period ended March 31, 2026;

  3.  Any budgets, projections, or long-range plans prepared in the ordinary course of business pertaining to 2026 and beyond;

  4.  Information of any valuations of the company's stock or equity or appraisals of the Company's assets performed in previous three years;

  5.  Any marketing materials or business plans which you believe would be relevant to the analysis; and 

  6.  Any other information which you believe may be relevant to the analysis.
