Mind Your Bizzness, LLC (“MYB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Georgia limited liability company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, including:

A. Information you provide to us
We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
Seasonal special / reminder sign-up: email address (and any other information you submit).
Connect form / inquiries: first and last name, company name, email address, the service categories you select, and your message.
Consultation scheduling: if you request or schedule a consultation through our scheduling feature, we collect the information you submit (such as your name, email address, appointment details, and intake information you provide) and we receive booking details to manage the appointment.
Client service delivery (secure uploads): if you engage us as a client, you may submit business and financial information and documents needed for services (for example, tax returns, QuickBooks files, financial statements, audits, and similar materials) through a secure upload method we designate (not email).
Billing and transactions: limited billing and transaction information related to payments (see Stripe section below).
B. Information collected automatically (device and usage data)
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site (“Device Information”), such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, time zone, pages viewed, links clicked, and referring/exit pages. We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand usage.
2) No Sensitive Information in Site Forms
Please do not submit sensitive financial documents or confidential information (such as tax returns, accounting files, financial statements, or audit materials) through the Site’s contact forms, reminder forms, or scheduling intake forms. If you become a client, we will provide a secure upload method for documents.

4) Payments (Stripe)
We use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”) to process payments. Depending on how payment is collected, your payment card information may be collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may receive and store limited payment-related information such as your name, email address, billing address, payment status, amounts paid, invoices/receipts, and transaction identifiers. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy practices.
5) Secure Uploads and Client Documents (No Email)
If you engage us for services, you may submit sensitive business and financial documents only through a secure third-party file upload, file transfer, or client portal provider that we designate.
We do not accept sensitive documents by email. If you attempt to send sensitive documents or financial information by email, we may remove them from our systems to reduce risk and request that you re-submit them using our secure upload method.
6) How We Share Information
A. Website and business service providers
We may share information with third-party vendors that help us operate our business and provide services, such as:
Website hosting and website builder providers (including Hostinger and related tools used to operate Site forms)
Email and productivity providers used for business communications (for example, Google Workspace email)
Scheduling and calendar providers used to display availability and manage appointments

Secure file upload, file transfer, cloud storage, or client portal providers (for client document submissions)
